Student friendly 'goals' to aim for when participating in athletics. I personally had a points system in which a student would receive 6 points for a gold, 4 for a silver and 2 for a bronze. They also recieved points for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

A clear and simple resource with differentiated circuit stations. There are 15 circuit stations in total with 2/3 versions of each activity station with varying difficulty. Each card has links to muscle groups they are working, great for linking with GCSE.

This is a end of unit assessment for 1.1.3-1.1.4 taken from edexcel past papers. The mark scheme is also copied and pasted from the edexcel papers. It includes multiple choice, short and long answer questions totaling 50 marks.

Students must read the goal and decide what aspects of the SMART principle it meets. At the bottom there is also a opportunity to write your own goal and have it peer assessed.
